The sustainability policies of the fashion brand have led it to find three-dimensional simulation, an important resource to save on unnecessary prototypes.

Hugo Boss continuously works to conserve the resources involved in the manufacture of its products, as well as to allow recycling at the end of their lives.

In its circular design strategy, Hugo Boss has defined clear objectives to optimize the design process itself. The brand has discovered how new technologies are continuously reducing the number of prototypes needed and therefore can opt for greater sustainability of raw materials and necessary sketches.

In many cases, new models are initially created as virtual 3D models on computers and not on fabrics or patterns as was done previously. "The approach is so advanced that we can even graphically present complete collections to retail partners in a digital showroom, avoiding the production of resource-intensive sample collections simply for the ordering phase," they say from the brand.

The success of the company at the international level is due to its position on sustainability, the integration of 3D development and a high level of quality awareness in its collections and products.

In fact, in 2012, Hugo Boss showed the first 3D broadcast of a fashion show and the idea is in the future, the sea in Berlin, Shanghai or New York, all customers of the brand can see the live shows and in high quality.
